FAQ

The normal materials we use including: Iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and others.

The typical lead time for a custom metal fabrication project is dependent on the quantity and complexity of the project, but a rough estimate is between 4-6 weeks

As a hardware product factory that specializes in customized products based on customer-provided drawings, we normally produce items according to our customers’ specifications. However, we also conduct a feasibility review of the design provided by our customers, and we may suggest improvements as needed. While we typically do not provide direct design and engineering services, we are happy to assist with providing design proposals for simple and small-scale projects upon request, based on specific customer requirements.

To request a quote or estimate for your project, simply contact us via email or phone and provide us with your drawing and quantity requirements. Our engineers will review all the information and calculate the costs, and we will promptly provide you with a detailed quotation.

We don’t have a minimum order quantity requirement for custom metal fabrication projects, as we understand that decorative projects can vary greatly in their scope and scale. Therefore, we are happy to work with our customers on any size order, and we strive to be flexible to accommodate each customer’s individual needs and preferences.

We are always happy to accommodate our customers’ requests for different surface treatments, such as hot-dip galvanizing, painting, and powder coating. For stainless steel products, we offer various surface treatment options including Hairline, Mirror, Vibration, sandblasting, etching, and PVD-coated colors, and we can also customize colors according to our customers’ specific requirements. We are pleased to provide samples for our customers to choose from in order to ensure that the final product meets their expectations.

We understand that some customers may have urgent orders or expedited shipping requests, and we always do our best to accommodate their needs. We prioritize meeting our customers’ timelines and schedules, so that they can complete their projects on time and achieve their desired outcomes. Please feel free to discuss any special requests or requirements with us, and we will work together with you to find the most suitable solutions for your project.

As a custom engineering metalworks factory, there are several quality control processes that we have in place to ensure accuracy and precision:
Incoming materials inspection: We carefully inspect all materials that come into our facility to ensure that they meet our quality standards and specifications.
In-process inspection: Our production team performs regular inspections during the fabrication process to verify that all parts and components meet our quality requirements.
Final inspection: Before shipping, we conduct a thorough final inspection of all finished products to ensure that they meet the customer’s specifications and quality standards.

Quality management system: We have a comprehensive quality management system in place to ensure that our production processes consistently meet our customers’ requirements, and to identify and address any potential quality issues.

Continuous improvement: We are committed to continuous improvement and regularly review our production processes to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.

These quality control processes help us maintain consistent product quality and customer satisfaction, and enable us to deliver high-quality custom engineering metalworks to our customers.

For information on our previous products and projects, you may refer to our Products and Projects sections on our website. All of our products are custom-made based on our customers’ specifications and drawings. We classify our products into three categories based on material type: steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Our product range includes steel structures, railings and handrails, screens, curtain walls, as well as various decorative custom metalworks.

Yes, we can provide metal products made from different types of materials such as iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and others. While steel, stainless steel, and aluminum are the most commonly used materials, we are capable of working with other types of metals as well.
